1. Make sure you've tried everything on the Help Center. check the Facebook Help Center and make sure it does not explain a solution to your issue or you will be directed there by a facebook employee.

2. Navigate to address

3. Scroll down and click on "File A Complaint."

4. Read and continue.

5. Proceed to fill out all applicable information. Fully explain issue with all appropriate details for why you need Facebook to contact you about this. This needs to include more than just an angry message about how Facebook doesn't have a help line.

6. Wait for an email to arrive. Typically they reply during west coast business hours. the email will likely be from facebook
